This news is about tables PCs create a new era of computing. With the advance of technology, Apple had created its own table PC, IPad, in 2010. There were more than 150,000 iPad pre-order on the first week of availability. This group of people is known to be innovators or early adaptors. IPad created a new tablet PC market and helped Apple to generate $9.5bllion in revenue. Most importantly, IPad had ushered in a new era in computing, called era of ubiquitous computing. Due to the business environment in technology field has been changing fast, many companies have the ability to create their version of the tablet PC to the market and compete with Apple. Asus, Dell and LG, for example, will be introducing new tablets in the next few months. In the future, tablet PCs will continue to grow in popularity because tablet PCs are easier to use and more stress-free than computers. Tablet PCs provide several benefits such as people can use it for e-learning and e-commerce anytime, anywhere. New technology will also post a threat to those old technologies such as the threat posed by tablet PCs to the computers and laptops.
